• Women's Weekend of Nurture

18-19th November 2017 at Ragmans Lane Farm

Ali Rose and Sarah Mclellan have come together with a joint vision to create a deeply nurturing weekend for women.  Fabulous food, a beautiful rural setting, wood-fired hot tub, inside and outside fires, great company and a range of body work from yoga to massage to dynamic dance meditation. Add to that workshops in astrology, living foods and willow craft. We want to explore what nurture looks like for you! The session’s range from slow, restful and restorative through to our upbeat moving meditation free dance. You can choose and put together the right mix for you.

Ali undertook a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training through the British Wheel of Yoga with Maarten Vermaase whose ‘Yoga and the Art of Breathing’ has had lasting echoes. Subsequent influences which have deepened her own practice and teaching style include the Yoni Shakti teachings of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Ali’s teaching asks us to be curious about finding a practice to meet our needs each day as it comes. Seeking to infuse her teaching with the wisdom that we are woven into the fabric of nature and its cyclical wisdom (not separate from it) you will be encouraged to claim a yoga practice that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and replenished!

Sarah retrained as a Holistic Massage Therapist with the Bristol College of Massage and Body Work BCMB), in 2007 Bristol Massage and then in 2010 joined their team, teaching on the professional Training Course. Sarah has a deep love of dance and movement, and her massage style embraces the rich potential of the combination of body work with movement.

Sarah also teaches a weekly Dynamic Moving Meditation Dance class having qualified with the Ecstatic School of Movement in 2012. Ecstatic Trance Dance
