  • Calm and Connect Weekend Retreat

at Ragmans Lane Farm 24-16th August 2018

Life is very rushed and overwhelming sometimes isn't it? Rushing around from this task to the next, never quite feeling fully focused on any one thing, always thinking about all the other things to be done?

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could just slow it all down, take time to rest and reset your body and mind, and find some peace and connection to yourself?

I have some great news for you! You can do just that on the Calm and Connect weekend retreat from Rhondda Yoga

This two day retreat at Ragmans Farm in the Forest of Dean promises to be a well deserved opportunity for you to restore and reset, to come back to you and rediscover your connection with the world.

A glorious weekend of Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, relaxation, self exploration, new friendships and connection. The theme of the retreat is connection, and we will be exploring how we can deepen and enrich our connection to ourselves, to the people we encounter, to the wider world, and to the planet which nourishes us. The Yoga classes and workshops will allow you to reset, relax and restore your sense of Self, allowing you to find a place of calm and connection to you. Through sharing the cooking of our meals, we will become connected to the food we eat and to one another.

Places on this restorative and grounding retreat are limited so book today to avoid missing out!

Esther Nagle has taught yoga since 2014, and practiced since 2008. Esther discovered the truly life changing power of Yoga when it became an unexpected path to recovery from addictions she didn’t realise she had. Esther loves to share the incredible transformative power of the breath, and the other Yoga practices that have so much potential to improve wellbeing throughout your whole being.

Esther has written a book about her journey, and will be happy to share her experience with you on the retreat, or via email should you wish to ask.

Esther trained as a primary school teacher many years ago with the intention of saving the world, one child at a time, through environmental education. She never managed this, but is excited to be guiding this retreat which will be focused so much on deepening our connection to this wonderful planet that nourishes and sustains us.
