We send out mature inoculated logs that are ready to fruit or near
to point of fruit. We know the logs are well inoculated and will fruit,
but cannot guarantee WHEN they will fruit. All logs come with a leaflet
explaining how to manage your log for maximum production. The logs are
about 25 - 40 cms long by 10 - 20 cms in diameter. Long and thin or
shorter and fatter - they have roughly the same amount of sapwood that
is the growing medium for the mushrooms.
We can post up to four logs for the same price, so it is cheapest per
log to order four. The prices given below are for delivery anywhere

The shiitake logs we have in stock are freshly
inoculated and will fruit in Autumn 2010.
Your logs will be sent by DHL and are usually despatched within
three weeks.
