The heating for the bunkhouse starts here! These are hybrid willow coppice stools with three weeks growth, in early May. They will be cut in December and made into bundles that fit in the stove to heat the Bunkhouse. In the picture, Matt is describing to students how willow can be grown, combined with pigs or chicken.
