Ragmans Lane is a sixty acre farm in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. The farm uses permaculture as a guiding design principle and is primarily about educating and employing people to work the land sustainably, giving them the opportunity to 'learn on the job', as well as producing shiitake and oyster mushroom logs and delicious apple juice.

Tour of Farm

Its a mad world . . . .

Its hard to keep smiling when this beautiful world around us is coming unbuttoned. At Ragmans we make apple juice and sell mushroom logs and this supports our work teaching people how to use the land carefully - to grow farm and live sustainably.

We have been doing this for seventeen years and have taught over a thousand people

where we have come from

where we are heading
